After her studies in economics at the Munich Business School and her master’s degree at the Diplomatic Academy, she worked as a trainee at the news channel N24 (today: WELT) in Berlin. Today, after many years of experience abroad, Julia Bauer lives in Cologne and Switzerland, works as a reporter for WDR (West German Broadcasting), takes a close look at various four-wheelers for the auto motor und sport channel, presents various news formats, a travel show on Radio Antenne Frankfurt and high-profile events in German, English or French.

Presenter Julia Bauer inspires with her unique mix of competence and cordiality. She has already stood on stages in Brazil, Portugal and China as well as moderated many hybrid and digital events. Always serious and top prepared – and yet also with a sense of humor.
