Speaker biography
Elly Oldenbourg does many things. She is a corporate manager at Google, a sidepreneur, a consultant, a writer, a TEDx speaker, an author, a philosophy salon host, and a guest lecturer at a university.
Likewise, she has become a public voice and change agent on topics such as the future of work, DEI, female leadership, flexible work models, and challenging our economic norms.
A proud Gen Y with a multicultural background, she has cross-industry experience in global companies in business development, sales, marketing and, more recently, HR. She pioneered job sharing at Google and inspires companies and individuals to embrace non-linearity, break down career ideals and contribute to society from different perspectives. Elly Oldenbourg walks her talk and has a very passionate and contagious character. She loves to inspire change for the positive – in how we work, how we use our time and how we create value.
