In Frankfurt's Hafenpark Quartier, we welcome you with Scandinavian hospitality and an urban garden feel. The innovative architecture of our new building unites consistent sustainability throughout with modern design and elegant meeting rooms, which creates a unique environment with a relaxed ambience. The nearby Hafenpark is continued in the interior with interesting fusions of inside and outside - also in our restaurant with marketplace character.

The Nordic Swan ecolabeled hotel Scandic Frankfurt Hafenpark offers you plenty of space for a wide range of different events.

Our fourteen meeting and function rooms with sizes from 33 to 582 m² are lit by plenty of daylight, which adds to their comfort. They are perfect for creative brainstorming sessions, workshops, product launches and corporate events as well as major presentations. But also for company parties, casual get-togethers or co-working we will find the right space for you. Flexible function rooms in a modern design, as well as park elements that merge with the rooms and extend as informal breakout zones promise a unique event experience. Our building features a ballroom, which has an impressive 582 m², not separated by pillars and is suitable for events with up to 500 guests. It can easily be subdivided with Skyfold® movable walls. Our ballroom comes with a separate entrance area, and it is even possible to drive vehicles right into the room.

We perfect your event with our Scandic Better Meetings concept. Our meeting consultants will design and organize the perfect event for you under consideration of your individual requirements. We will surprise your with innovative extras such as a phone nursery, healthy drinks, smoothies and snacks from our Scanergizer, or tools such as the Magic Box with creative icebreakers. We also offer you a number of additional services such as, for example, a conference concierge or branding opportunities at various locations throughout our building. Of course, we are also well-prepared for hybrid events. Our meeting consultants will be happy to advise you on all issues related to streaming and digital options. 

We will support you throughout your event with customized catering concepts. Look forward to healthy food that is modern and naturally also includes vegetarian, vegan and other special dietary requirement options. One highlight in this respect is our restaurant with its open kitchen. 

After an eventful day, you can recharge your batteries in our Scandi-style rooms. Comfortable box spring beds ensure that everyone gets a good night's sleep; sustainable details create a healthier environment. You can also restore your inner balance in our gym as well as our mixed or ladies-only sauna.

The Scandic Frankfurt Hafenpark is located in the immediate neighbourhood of the European Central Bank and, thanks to its central location, is easily accessible by public transport as well as by car. There is an underground car park underneath our building with 140 parking spots incl. electric vehicle charging stations. Our accessible venue is looking forward to hosting you and your event.

BY CAR: FROM THE NORTH VIA A5

Take the motorway exit Westhafen. Follow Gutleutstraße to the end and turn right, then left again onto Speicherstraße. Follow the road via Unter der Friedensbrücke, Untermainkai, Mainkai, Schöne Aussicht and continue on Sonnemannstraße to the next crossing. Drive straight ahead onto Hanauer Landstraße, then turn right immediately after crossing the railroad tracks. The hotel is located on the left side.



BY CAR: FROM THE SOUTH VIA A5

Take the motorway in direction München/Würzburg/Offenbach/Frankfurt-Süd. At junction 52-Offenbacher Kreuz,

keep right to follow the A661 toward Bad Homburg. Then take exit 15-Offenbach-Kaiserlei and follow the B43. Continue in the direction of Frankfurt-Sachsenhausen/Frankfurt-Oberrad and in the direction of Strahlenbergerstraße/B43. Cross the Osthafenbrücke, Honsellbrücke and follow Honsellstraße via Mayfarthstraße into Eytelweinstraße. You will discover the hotel on the right.



BY CAR: FROM THE WEST VIA A3

Exit at junction 52-Offenbacher Kreuz and follow the A661 in the direction of Bad Homburg. From there follow the description above ‚From the south via A5‘.



BY TRAIN: FRANKFURT MAIN STATION

You get on the tram line 11 and can go directly to the stop East Station/Honsellstraße. From here it is a 4 minute walk to the hotel.



BY TRAIN: FRANKFURT EAST STATION

From Frankfurt East Station you can walk to the hotel within 6 minutes.



AIRPORT: FLUGHAFEN INT. AIRPORT

From Frankfurt Main Airport Regional Station take the S-Bahn S9/S8 to Ostendstraße and change to tram line 11. Get off at the stop East station/Honsellstraße and after 4 minutes walking you‘re at the hotel. (Journey time 40 min., 15-minute frequency). If you would like to use a car sharing service, you can easily drive from the airport directly to our doorstep.

PUBLIC PARKING

If you do not find a parking space, you will find sufficient public parking slots along Eytelweinstraße and Mayfarthstraße. Near the East Station you find the car park ‚The East‘, which is 8 min. walking distance from the hotel. We are unable to make any reservations for both parking facilities. The prices of the public car parks can be found on their own website.
