In our simple, elegant restaurant is the "fine regional cuisine with international accents in the center. As sponsors of Slowfood it is important to us to work with local partners. These provide us with high-quality products, e.g. with fresh fish from the stegersee, crayfish etc. on the holding of the Iller, local specialities and fresh fruit and vegetables directly from the farm.
